Dissolvable Material

Dissolvable material is a recently developed technology in well completion area. The material enables the downhole equipment to be dissolved automatically in the wellbore without any other operation to the well, leaving the full ID of the well, saving the cost and risk of more operation to remove the downhole completion equipment and tools. 

We are an speciallized dissolvable alloy and dissolvable elastomer supplier. With strong R&D facility and capability we are capable to customize the dissolvable material for our customers to design and develop the unique dissolvable downhole equipment with better performance on market. We can provide the material suitable to different formations and can develop the suitable material according to the downhole formation environment and work condition, to maintain the better performance of the downhole equipment and tools. 

Our dissolvable alloy product ranges from 1.1”(28mm) OD to 5.12”( 130mm) OD and currently we have developed four groups of grade: General Grade(GG), High Ductility(HD), High Strength/High Temperature(HSHT) and Low Temperature/High Dissolution Rate(LTHD). The elastomer product is designed to suit different downhole temperature and the rated pressure reaches to 10,150 PSI(70MPa).
